The MWW group has grown substantially over the last 40 years under the careful stewardship of the Mehta family. Their entrepreneurial spirit has driven growth and attracted like minded staff and key partners across the globe.
We have worked with Pro Enviro for 5-years, and they have operated in partnership with us in advancing our sustainability and decarbonisation objectives.
Through Pro Enviro's expert guidance and technical support, we have successfully developed and implemented carbon accounting and sustainable development strategies across all of our UK operations. Since 2022, we have adopted Pro Enviro's suite of online carbon accounting software, the Energy and Carbon Portal (ECP), which has greatly enhanced the accuracy and efficiency of our carbon reporting processes. The ECP has enabled us to streamline data collection and analysis, making it easier to monitor progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.
Pro Enviro has also conducted comprehensive feasibility studies at several of our operational sites, providing us with valuable insights into energy efficiency and carbon reduction opportunities. This has led to additional investment of over £1m in our carbon and energy efficiency journey, as well as putting us well on the journey to map Scope 3 emissions in a complex business based in procurement from over 30 countries. Their support has extended beyond technical analysis to included management assistance in accessing funding for the implementation of these projects, ensuring that our sustainability initiatives are both viable and impactful.
Currently, we are working closely with Pro Enviro on process optimisation at our Top Barn Farm site. This involves replacing inefficient plant equipment, which is expected to significantly improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Throughout, Pro Enviro have been focussed on our needs, over and beyond the brief we have set them. Their team are consistently professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have huge expertise in the area of energy management and have helped us reduce costs, and measure, reduce and improve our energy consumption substantially.
Pro Enviro Ltd has helped us access funding we were totally unaware of, as well as create an on-line reporting tool that enables us to track our journey on renewables and carbon footprint reduction.
