Our centrally located warehouse boasts over 200,000 square feet of space and is within easy reach of all major motorways and transport networks. Our excellent processing facilities include 3 Slitting lines, 2 Decoiling lines, a Coil Pickling line, a Blanking Line and the UK's only Coil Recovery Line and reaffirms our position as the complete "one stop steel shop" in recent years the company has made a significant investment in Laser Services.
Servosteel have worked with Pro Enviro for a number of years, and we have always found their expert advice and support invaluable as we continue our journey to reducing our carbon footprint.
Our journey began with the metering of our equipment and live portal and monitoring system that Pro Enviro installed at our site (SEE Change). This continues to be managed by Pro-Enviro and is used by Servosteel to monitor and analyse our energy usage, providing us with the information to make key strategic decisions on our plant, equipment and operational activities.
Pro Enviro have also developed and continue to update our Energy and Carbon Portal (ECP). This portal houses all of our strategic decarbonisation material as well as our Scope 1, 2 & 3 data. In tandem with the SEE Change system, the ECP Portal allows us to better understand our historic, current, and future performance, and gives us a clear pathway to decarbonise our operation and become more sustainable.
Beyond the 2 systems already mentioned, Pro Enviro have also been, and continue to be an invaluable resource in all projects that we undertake. Energy Audits have been completed by Pro Enviro, and numerous key feasibility studies have been undertaken in areas of the business where both financial savings and reduction of carbon can be achieved. Proposals have included but are not limited to, the introduction of solar panels to the site, electrification of gas boilers, Motor Upgrades, and LED Lighting.
In summary, Pro Enviro are a key partner to Servosteel. Their wealth of knowledge and technical support is unmatched in their field. Furthermore their dedication to support positive change for both businesses and the environment is unfaltering.

At Servosteel, we’ve been working with Pro Enviro since 2015. This includes using them for the implementation of several process optimisation projects including a recent new manufacturing plant investment. With their help we have received grant funding support from several regional and national business support programmes. We use their SEE Change aM&T system which provides us with an easy-to-use energy monitoring and management dashboard: helping us operate our plants at optimum efficiency.
We’ve always found the Pro Enviro team to be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond, and we will continue to use their support on our journey to Net Zero carbon manufacturing.
